Shopping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We use UPS for shipping.

How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation E-mail with the tracking number. You can check the status of your package with this tracking number on the shipping provider’s website.

How long will it take to get my package?

Shipping can take up to 5-8 business days. If the ordered items are in stock, your order will normally be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. You will receive an E-mail notification with the package tracking number when your order has been shipped.

What if the package has been damaged or opened?

If upon delivery, the package seems to have been opened and/or damaged, please notify the shipping carrier.

Orders and Returns

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you choose to cancel or change your order, this must be done within reasonable time, i.e. before your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return and cancel your order. Goods must be returned in original packaging in the same condition and quantity as received. The cost of the return shipment will be covered by the purchaser. Return of goods must be agreed in advance with Rufac. Upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid to your account as quickly as possible.
